Reading: Keep encouraging your student to check out a classroom book and read it at home each evening. So far this school year two students have read 100 books: Sasha & Alex. The following students have finished 50 books and are working on their second 50: Wyatt, Taylor, Artie, Josue, Emilee & Ilene.
Pants with holes: As the school year is moving toward spring I’ve noticed more students with holes in the knees of their pants. It especially becomes a problem when a student starts tearing at the hole and making their pants really look ratty. Thank you for keeping those pants for play clothes or cutoffs for summer!
Happy Birthday: Sasha will turn 8 on March 16. Happy Birthday!
Upcoming Events: March 18—Interactive Art Night 5:30-7:00 There will be about a dozen booths for students to enjoy creating art in a variety of mediums. Come and enjoy a fun evening with your student!
