Cookie Sale: On Friday, December 3, we are having a cookie sale for our school to raise money for hungry children in Africa. Each cookie will sell for 25 cents. All proceeds from the sale will go to our ADRA fund. Please help your child bake cookies to bring for the sale on Friday!
We have stockings on a small Christmas tree where the children can deposit their offering for ADRA. It’s exciting to count it and then multiply by 7 for the grand total.
Happy Birthday: In the next week Taylor and Mackenzie have birthdays! Have a great day on the 8th, Taylor, and on the 10th, Mackenzie.
Warm Clothes: Thank you for dressing your student in warm clothes. We’ve had lots of boots, snow pants, mittens and hats this week. Most of the students are staying warm.
Christmas Program: Be sure and mark your calendar for Thursday evening, December 16. Our Christmas program will begin at 6:30 that evening.
50 Books: This week Taylor and Enoch have finished reading 50 books from our classroom library! They each received a Barnes & Noble Gift Certificate. Previously Taylee, Timmy, Alex, & Mackenzie have reached that goal. Those students are now working on the next 50 and an additional gift certificate!
