Reading: The following students returned their reading logs and received the pizza certificate for reading 240 minutes or more in the month of February. They are Taylor, Conner, Caleb, Artie, Josue, Sun-Yu, & Sasha.

New Book: Our new Pathways book for this month is entitled The Gardner. We have read only half the book so far but are enjoying it. The children are learning to “read” the pictures as well as the writing on each page.
Writing: On Wednesday we were writing about the beautiful weather. Caleb wrote: “Today is blue, sunny, shiny, and beautiful. Faith wrote: “Today is a pretty day in every way.”
